We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a Vendor booth, Sponsorship, or Art Contest entry, please submit the form below and our team will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund.

Cancellation Policy

Vendor Booths

Vendor cancellations made on or before August 31, 2026 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee (refund minus $25). Cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a refund.

Sponsorships & Art Contest

For Sponsorship and Art Contest cancellations, our team will follow up with any refund details after reviewing your request.
